Required Documents

Valid passport
With sufficient remaining validity — check the current requirement before applying, as it can change.
Passport-size photographs
Meeting the official size and background specifications for the current application round.
Citizenship / national ID document
Proof of Nepali citizenship as required by DoFE.
Educational certificates
Transcripts or certificates as specified for the application round, if applicable.
Medical examination certificate
From a hospital designated for EPS medical checks, confirming fitness for the assigned sector's work.
Police clearance / character certificate
Confirming no disqualifying criminal record, as required by HRD Korea.
EPS-TOPIK application & fee receipt
Proof of registration and payment for the exam, issued during the official application window.
Bank account details
For fee payment and, later, for salary and remittance arrangements.
